Our Design & Build Process
Meet
Your first step with Keogh Constructions is a no obligation meeting to understand your project goals and analyse the new or existing building site and feasibility of the project. At this point we discuss the type, features, style and budget for your new home or addition, as well as details about your property, to determine the scope of work.
Cost
We provide you with a clear and accurate estimate of the project cost and how long the project will take, starting before constructions begins and carrying through to handover. We then propose an agreement based on the preliminary budget and details of the project.
If this is agreed upon, a contract is signed.
Design
During the design stage, a full set of drawings and building specifications is created based on your budget and the type, style and features we have discussed. This is crucial groundwork in preparing to achieve your vision for your family and future lifestyle.
Build
We commence building, overseen by an expert project management process to ensure the project runs on the agreed timeline and budget.
